What is your Return/Refund Policy?

All product sales are final. For products damaged during shipping please contact us at orders@curlministryproducts.com.

Subscriptions must be canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled fulfillment date or you will be charged and a refund will not be given.

A workshop can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, otherwise, workshops are non-refundable. If you can’t attend a workshop due to extenuating circumstances contact us at orders@curlministryproducts.com to reschedule your attendance. Rescheduling will be allowed only once.

Can I cancel my order after submitting it?

Yes, if your order has not been fulfilled/shipped. Please contact orders@curlministryproducts.com to cancel orders. Be sure to include your order confirmation number.

How do I check my shipment?

Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check on the status of your shipment. Please be sure to put in your correct email address during checkout.
