Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or holidays. The customer will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Curl Ministry LLC, offers FREE standard shipping (2-6 business days) on all orders. This policy is subject to change at any time. Customers will receive written notification via email regarding changes to this policy. Packages will be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FEDEX depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. This policy is subject to change at any time, for any reason.

Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with their tracking number. Packages can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. This policy is subject to change at any time, for any reason.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Curl Ministry, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Issues

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or other delivery issues, we will notify you and offer the option to reship your order (shipping charges will apply).
