Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

At Curl Ministry, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle refunds, returns, and cancellations for our products and services.
SECTION - 1 – PRODUCT ORDERS
Refunds/Returns
All sales are final. Due to hygienic concerns and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Orders@CurlMinistryProducts.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the details of the issue. Once reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
SECTION - 2 – SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Cancellations
Subscriptions to Curl Ministry, LLC products can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to CurlMinistryproducts.com
Log into your account and select Subscriptions to manage your active subscriptions.
Select the appropriate item and select cancel subscription.
You can also contact our customer service team at CustomerService@curlministryproducts.com to assist with cancellations.
If a cancellation is requested after a charge has been processed, the cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle.
Rescheduling Subscriptions
If you need to adjust the timing of your next subscription order to arrive earlier or later, please contact our customer service team at CustomerService@curlministryproducts.com for assistance. Please note that subscriptions cannot be skipped.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Refunds for subscriptions are not available once the charge has been processed. Please ensure your cancellation request is made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
SECTION - 3 – CONSULTATION AND COACHING SERVICES
Cancellations
Cancellations for consultations or coaching services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel or reschedule a session:
Navigate to the confirmation email and select cancel or reschedule appointment

Refunds for Consultations/Coaching
Refunds are available for sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Product add-ons associated with consultations or coaching sessions will not receive a refund. Please review section 1 above for details on our product refund policy.
Missed Sessions
Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions without prior notice. Additionally, if you miss your NaturallyMe session without prior notice, a non-refundable $25.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. You may contact us to reschedule your session, but rescheduling will be at Curl Ministry, LLC’s discretion based on availability.
